I help you to provide a holistic way of seeking answers from within in order to achieve a greater self awareness and a better understanding of others and the world around you.
We will work together, healing issues or problems by looking for solutions from a oneness perspective. This helps to see that you are not separate, we all share one higher conscious mind, without judgement and blame... I will help you along your journey and guide you to the right path for you.

I have been on a spiritual journey in one form or another all my life... sometimes without even knowing it. Helping people is something I have always done and my qualifications in this area began with achieveing a Person Centred Counselling Certificate whilst at University. I then worked for 8 years in Social Work before gaining my Life Coaching Diploma and changing career direction. In the latter 6 years I have found myself being drawn more and more towards a true spiritual vocation practicing as a Reiki Master and Teacher, empowering people to become lightworkers and guiding those wanting assistance along their own spiritual journey.
